As a general rule, once an order has been confirmed, returns or exchanges may not be made.
Bianco itself does not carry any physical stock of items. When you place an order, the seller selling that item will retrieve it from a third-party retailer, and thus returns/exchanges cannot be made.
A refund or exchange is considered by Bianco only in the following situations:
– Item is damaged upon delivery (ex: stained, scratched, stretched out, parts missing, etc.)
– Delivered item is not what was ordered (ex: sizing is different, color is different, etc.)
– Item was not delivered
